No fuss, no scoring — Marsha does her own thing. Mixed by hand, risen slow, and baked in a Dutch oven until she cracks open on her own terms. The result is a chewy, satisfying loaf with a mild tang and a soft blond or dark crust. Wonderful plain, better with olive oil and a little salt.
